Project 365 - this is my year

Every year I make myself promise that I will document my day-to-day life better. The moments pass quickly, a year flashes by and I can easily remember the big moments, however, the little moments seem to allude me. This year is no different, except I plan to make it through a whole year with a picture per day. So far, so good.

I'm following along with a new group, The Narrative Society, and their 365 prompts. Some days I do my own thing since I really want to finish this project for the first time ever. Here are my shots from week one:

Beyond completing my first 365 Project, I also set a few other Resolutions that I am working hard on achieving this year.

1. Adding film to my offerings. The last picture above was a self-portrait meant to hold me accountable for this 'resolution' - more appropriately called a goal. The camera in the shot is my Grandfather's camera that I would like to have back in working order and part of my rotation of photog gear I can bring to my clients.

2. Blog more. There seem to never be enough hours in the day, but I'm hoping to get more sessions featured on the blog, as well as write tips and advice for clients to follow at home. If there is anything you would like to see featured on my blog, just let me know in the comments section below.
